Mum and I got to Sydney on the twelfth of December, and house-sat for a friend of a friend of a friend near Ashfield. It’s nice and cool here, which is a good thing because there are no aircons or fans in this house. Mum thinks it’s cold, and usually wears a hoodie, long pants and socks – and she’s looking at buying a property that’s 35km south of Stanthorpe – the coldest town in QLD? Although, realistically, that means about as much as saying the warmest place in Siberia, but still.

This is going to be an ‘in pictures’ post, as I tend to get somewhat carried away when I start to write…
